Semiconductor production process technology is moving ahead toward the next generation including further miniaturization and trends toward higher integration. The materials used in such processes are likewise becoming more diversified and complex. As a partner having close alignment with ongoing semiconductor process developments, DAP is able to supply a wider range of products and services meeting the increasingly higher level needs of our users.

DAP is positioned as a total supplier of gas and chemical products in Japan. We exclusively offer the high purity products of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.(APCI), a leading international supplier of advanced CVD precursors and high purity process chemicals such as copper, aluminum and titanium, low-k and high-k dielectric materials, as well as TEOS, POCL3 and other CVD dopants for semiconductor applications. We also exclusively offer the products of SAFC Hitech, one of four business segments within SAFC (a division of Sigma-Aldrich Corporation), that include trimetylgallium, trimethylindium, solution-trimethylindium, trimethylaluminum, dimethylzinc, TBA, TBP, and etc. Additionally, DAP is actively engaged in the development of new products and services through collaborations with OEMs and users.
