SEMICON JAPAN 2007

While semiconductor devices have been rapidly microfabricated, highly-integrated and low-power-consumed, it becomes a big problem that there are not effective countermeasures against accelerating global warming and material resources of semiconductor are running short. In addition, the skyrocketing inflationary oil price causes high costs of a wide variety of goods. Under such a difficult circumstance, the electronics industry is required that it always produces both high-performance and low-cost products.
